Below you can review what we do to market and sell our listings. We have a plan in place for before, during, and after the listing goes live in the Greenbriar Oceanaire real estate market. We will keep you updated every step of the way to ensure the sales transaction is smooth and organized.

Pre Listing

Active Listing

Enter house into the JSMLS at 8 A.M. to take advantage of agents looking at daily updates

Submit listing to Internet venues-Zillow, Trulia, etc.

Mass email to all area real estate agents

Mail out info sheet to area agents

Mass email to all buyers on our personal mailing list

Notification to other Van Dyk contacts (insurance customers, financial customers, etc)


Weekly Progress

Introduce the property at Monday's sales meeting
